I understand that when Courier - 1 to 3 Business Days is selected as the shipping method, I am providing an authority to leave my parcel should no-one be present at the shipping address when delivery is attempted.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION PRIOR TO A TEAM MEMBER CONTACTING YOU.
Click & Collect Orders will only be released when the following conditions have been met:

• A valid form of photo identification (such as a driver's licence) must be presented to staff.
• The credit card used to make the purchase or an electronic snapshot/printout of the transaction in your internet banking must be presented to staff.
• The order confirmation email or SMS must be sighted by staff.

Click & Collect orders will only be released to the person who placed the order and not to any other party. NO exceptions will be made to these rules so please ensure you have the appropriate documents with you when you come to collect your order.
