FREE Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders over $49.99 will qualify for FREE delivery if they are being delivered to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Canberra.

 

Next Day Delivery 

We now offer Next Day Delivery to metropolitan Melbourne addresses from $10.90. Orders must be received before 3pm AEDT. Orders received after this time will be delivered in two business days. Available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

Order by 1pm for same day processing

When you place your order online with us before 1pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to process your order on the same day as long as all items are in stock and available to be shipped from our online store warehouse.

Please note same day processing does not mean same day dispatch. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 3 business days, using one of our trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday.

 

Delivery

Orders placed with Mega Pet Warehouse are delivered during business hours, Monday to Friday only. Weekend, public holiday or after hours deliveries are not available. Depending on the shipping address and the shipping method which is selected orders will take between 3 to 10 business days to arrive. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Our service provides for a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $10 for all orders shipped within metropolitan Melbourne. We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $25 within Victoria excluding metropolitan Melbourne. We also offer Flat Rate Shipping of $25 to metropolitan areas in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Australia wide shipping is available using Australia Post satchels if the weight of the order is less than 5kg and the contents of the order are suitable for a satchel. We reserve the right however to cancel any order that cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost. Deliveries will be made by a carrier of our choosing, currently either Australia Post, Bluestar Logistics, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers.

 

Delivery Locations

Deliveries can only be achieved to addresses accessible by the carriers listed above and may exclude extremely remote locations. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.

Please ensure your property is suitable to accept the delivery. Mega Pet Warehouse makes no allowances for orders being unable to be delivered due to inaccessible driveways and paths, locked gates, guard dogs and other obstacles that could prevent delivery from being reasonably completed. Where deliveries cannot be reasonably completed due to the delivery location, a re-delivery fee will apply.

 

Delivery to locations not covered by our Flat Rate Shipping

If you would like to place an order with us, but your shipping address is outside our Flat Rate Shipping area please send us an email to webstore@megapet.com.au. Please include all the items you wish to purchase as well as your shipping address in the email. We will reply to your email and provide the shipping costs as well as payment instructions should you wish to proceed with the order.

 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Mega Pet Warehouse requires you to provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) should you wish for an order to be delivered and left unattended at your delivery address. Mega Pet Warehouse does not recommend, nor makes any guarantee, for deliveries left unattended as a result of no one being available to take receipt of the order. Once the order has been deemed delivered by the carrier, all associated risk is borne by the customer.

 

Click & Collect (Only available for orders over $30)

When you place an order online with us with a value of over $30 before 1pm and select to collect your order from one of our stores, we will endeavour to process your order on the same day as long as all items are in stock. We will contact you via email and/or SMS when your order is available for collection from your selected store. Please note that the stock levels shown online are for our online store only. Items shown as IN STOCK online may in fact not be available at your selected store at the time of ordering.

Click & Collect Orders will only be released when the following conditions have been met:

  • A valid form of photo identification (such as a driver's licence) must be presented to staff.
  • The credit card used to make the purchase or an electronic snapshot/printout of the transaction in your internet banking must be presented to staff.  
  • The order confirmation email or SMS must be sighted by staff.

Click & Collect orders will only be released to the person who placed the order and not to any other party. NO exceptions will be made to these rules so please ensure you have the appropriate documents with you when you come to collect your order.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, the goods will be allocated to another customer and your transaction will be refunded. An administration fee of $10 will be withheld where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.

Click & Collect is only available for orders with a value of $30 or more.

 

FAQS

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

No you can't change your delivery address once your order has been placed. 

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly.

If your order can’t be delivered it will be returned to us. A refund will then be processed and takes 3-5 business days to be processed back into your account. If you still want to purchase the items you can order online again or buy in store.
