No you can't change your delivery address once your order has been placed. 

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly.

If your order can’t be delivered it will be returned to us. A refund will then be processed and takes 3-5 business days to be processed back into your account. If you still want to purchase the items you can order online again or buy in store.

Next Day Delivery 

We now offer Next Day Delivery to metropolitan Melbourne addresses from $10.90. Orders must be received before 1pm AEDT. Orders received after this time may not be delivered until the following business day. Available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Order by 1pm for same day processing

When you place your order online with us before 1pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to process your order on the same day as long as all items are in stock and available to be shipped from our online store warehouse.

Please note same day processing does not mean same day dispatch. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 to 3 business days, using one of our trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday.

In addition to the rights afforded to you by Australian Consumer Law, Mega Pet Warehouse will offer a credit note or exchange for items purchased from Mega Pet Warehouse and returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with an original receipt or acceptable proof of purchase, and meets the following criteria when returned:

The item is in saleable condition;

The item is unworn, unused or unopened with all original packaging and tags attached;
The item is not faulty or subject to manufacturers' warranties;
The item is not a personalised product (i.e. shampoo, sprays, flea or worming treatments etc)
The item is not a consumable (i.e. fresh meat, treats, seed etc.)

Some items purchased will come with a manufacturer's warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant products. To expedite the claim process, you may wish to contact the relevant manufacturer directly.

Premium dog and cat foods are exempt from this policy, as they all come with a 100% money-back guarantee from the manufacturer which is dealt with by us. 

If an item needs to be returned you can email us at webstore@megapet.com.au; providing the reason for the return and a copy of the receipt. We will then assist you in returning the product via one of our shipping carriers.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
