Sprenger Dog Training Whistle

This "silent" training whistle can be used to recall your dog at large distances or in noisy areas. Many dogs will recall for a whistle but will not come when their name is called, this is because they hear their name so often, they become desensitized to it.
By conditioning your dog to recall with this whistle, you can build a very solid and reliable recall that can be heard by your dog at large distances (400 metres!).
We supply the adjustable model so that you can set the pitch of your whistle. It is regarded as the highest quality whistle available in the world.
The tone can be adjusted by turning the screw after removal of the protective cover. During training it is important the same pitch of note is always maintained. This can be achieved by use of the locking nut fitted on the adjustment screw. The plastic cover will protect the whistle from dust when carried in a pocket.
