Same-Day Call and Collect (No Contact)

All of us have an important role to play in slowing the spread of COVID-19. As a small family-owned business, we have a responsibility to the welfare of our dedicated and hard-working staff as well as to our loyal customers.

It is a difficult balancing act, but we see our business as an essential service and we want to continue to supply you with food and other necessities for your pets, as well as keep our staff employed.

For this reason, we’re pleased to offer a Same-Day Call and Collect (No Contact) service. All of our products, including bulk dry food and fresh meat, are available to order this way.

This service is in addition to continuing to provide in-store shopping (with increased safety measures and enforced social distancing) and online shopping.


This is how Same-Day Call and Collect (No Contact) works:


•  Phone your local store and place your order

•  When your order is ready for collection one of our staff members will give you a call or send you a text to let you know

•  On arrival to our car park, phone the store using the number provided and stay in your car

•  Your order will be brought to your car and you can make a contactless payment with a credit or debit card

The health and safety of you and your pets, as well as our employees, contractors and suppliers, is of the utmost importance to Mega Pet Warehouse as we navigate the challenges presented by COVID-19 as a community.

We want to assure you that Mega Pet Warehouse is committed to providing customers with access to the essential products that help you take care of your precious pets because pets do so much to enrich the lives of many, particularly at times of uncertainty.

Our stores continue to trade, as does our online service, with no interruptions to trading hours. There has, however, been some impact on stock availability. We are working with suppliers to address these issues as best as possible.

We strongly discourage over-purchasing. To this end, please familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy available at our website and in-store. We also ask that you please be patient with our staff who are working hard to maintain business-as-usual and meet increased customer demand.

Mega Pet Warehouse is also responding to the current health situation by adhering to the advice and recommendations provided by the Australian Government and the Victorian Government as well as local health authorities, and taking appropriate measures to create a safe environment in-store.

This includes staff adhering to health advice of safe distancing when interacting with customers. We trust you understand the importance of this precautionary measure.

Mega Pet Warehouse will endeavour to update customers via Facebook, Instagram, email and our website on the latest developments as they affect our business.
